(youâll have to see the very end of the original to see why I kept this) Once I started doing these 3 moves and giving these puppies the attention they deserved, that pain got better. #1 short foot 10 attempts #2 heels hang to calf raises 15-20 reps #3 towel scrunches 10 reps (donât forget to do the other side) Your feet might not look impressive but they run the entire lower body operation, if you have hip, knee or back pain save this and see if these help you too! Some Mistakes I Made: I put a little muscle on my feet at the beginning and I think it is TOO MUCH. I also think the hook is at the end - I am notorious for this.
