Hi everyone! My name is Shawna and I live in New Jersey. I am running the Philadelphia marathon as my first marathon! I’m excited but scared 🤪

I am enjoying what feels like summer here in Chicago 😎 and looking forward to getting back outside for some running this week! That vitamin D really hits. What's everyone else got going on? I'm training for an 8k at the end of March and am on week three of returning to run after being sick 😅 Hoping for my highest mileage week since my marathon last fall (because we are all about slow and steady over here!).

I'm so happy to have discovered Taylor's podcast + this community as I train for my 1st marathon (May 2 in Durham, NC).
