No additional commentary, discussion, or analysis (apart from a 2-3 sentence "In Simple Terms" summary). To the best of my ability, I've also tried to tag and categorize, so that you can filter by things such as subject demographics (men vs women vs mixed), activity type (endurance vs strength), and others.
