I so excited to be a member of the invest ceo I hope all I want to learn about forex might be englighten to me I find it so frustrating much more like a gamble

Anyone know how to make these shades in the background of trading view chart to mark the NY market hours and premarket hours?

I' practicing on replay. In the 1hr chart it shows the candle close in my Demand zone at 8am. However, in the 5min chart it shows the candle didn't reach into the demand zone until 8:30am. so according to the 5min chart I would have missed the trade because it dropped into the zone and blew up out of the zone in less than 1 min. Does the 1hr close out measure from say 7:30am - 8:30am? I want to say I won the trade, but I don't think I could have set it up fast enough for the win and instead would have stopped out 30 mins later for a loss. Please let me know if my logic is correct.
