Most People Don't Do the Thing
Tanmay hit 300 members in his free community in under three months being a member in Community Income Mastermind. people always want to know what the tactic was. he ran ads. because it was the best tactic for him. for you? might be different! HERE'S THE PART THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS - most people ask for advice, get it, and then go and look for more advice - or they say they'll do it, then decide to try one more month of doing something else - six months later nothing's happened and they assume all the advice was wrong and look for more advice 🙄 Tanmay didn't do that. he took the plan, decided to trust it, and actually did what i teach. THE FORMULA IS SIMPLE - pick one person whose's advice you trust. not five people. just one. - follow through on that advice. yes, that included spending money before knowing it would work. money for ads. money for the advice. money for follow up. - then come back with the results - any results, all the results - so we could adjust. that last one is the step very rarely done. WHY? - because the results are usually disappointing at first, and showing someone disappointing numbers feels like admitting you failed. - but if you didn't... i can't help you. the data you don't show me can't be fixed. and if you think there is a single universal formula that works for everyone... BAD NEWS for ya - there is none! so, what you need to do is: - implement - get data - analyze - adjust - implement ... and so on - trust someone to guide you through this process - have courage to keep going that's what we do in Community Income Mastermind. - i don't promise your results - i promise support, coaching, and being there with you every step of the way ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m) with 7-day free trial. cancel anytime. p.s. this is post 6 in a series of 8. ONLY two left.

Three People Asked How They Could Pay Me
not after a pitch. not off a sales call. there wasn't one. one of them wasn't paying me anything at the time. she was in the free community, she'd been there a while, and at some point she went looking for the payment link herself. that's the part nobody teaches, because it doesn't work as a tactic. yesterday i said September's theme is nobody's buying. this is the other half of it. when what you give someone actually changes something for them, paying you stops feeling like a cost. it starts feeling like the obvious next move. WHY MOST OF YOU DON'T ASK - you've done the hard bit. you started the community, you post, people show up, some of them even reply. - then someone asks how you make money from this, and you change the subject. - i know why. the selling you've seen modelled is horrible. WHAT YOU'VE BEEN SHOWN - fake countdown timers. - "only 3 spots left" when there are clearly not 3 spots left. - DMs that open with a compliment and pivot to a pitch in the second message. you don't want to be that. so you've decided you'd rather not sell at all. that's not a confidence problem. it's a model problem. selling means being clear about what you do, who it's for, and what it costs. and saying it out loud more than once. the discomfort comes from thinking you have to perform, and you don't. so that's September in Community Income Mastermind. offers that sound like you, prices you can say without flinching, and building the kind of room where people ask how they can pay you. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m) with 7-day free trial. cancel anytime. p.s. this is post 5 in a series of 8. p.p.s. glad to have @Zena Ryder part of the CIM crew

Lost my flame 🔥
I only just realized that I lost my flame and it happened 10 days ago 😂 I didn't do enough Skool that day because I had an 8+ hour driving day. I thought I might feel bad about losing it, but I'm glad to say I don't and that makes me feel very grown up 😉 No biggie. I'll get it back.

Paying Doesn't Buy You a Seat in Community Income Mastermind
i'm capping CIM at 100 members. and once we're there, doors are closed. WHY 100: - i can't do this well past a certain number. i read what you post. i answer the awkward questions properly. i notice who's gone quiet. - at 300 people i'd stop doing all of that and start posting content into a feed (that's what majority of ppl do and call it coaching 🙄) - a room where 100 people are genuinely doing things beats a room of 1,000 where 40 are. not only that, i am also limiting the entry window to last four days a month. WHY LIMIT? - when people trickle in constantly, i have to switch between delivery and onboarding. and task switching causes 40% loss of productivity (believe me, as a productivity coach) - also, someone joins on the 14th, lands in the middle of a conversation they've missed half of, the month - doesn't want to ask, and quietly never posts, then leavers quietly - finally, big way, if the doors are open all month, i'm selling all month. again, task switching. instead i want to focus on serving you better. i am raising a standard not just for my ppl, but also for me. ⭐️ open four days, everyone arrives together, gets onboarded together. the next 3 weeks i focus on delivering the best service for people inside. this is really the evergreen vs launch model argument that we are debating on Friday with @Carol Tice join us to hear us talking about it. funny enough, i am defending evergreen. THIS WEEK I'M INVITING PEOPLE TO LEAVE CIM generally, ppl do not recommend to remove inactive members. and it's true for a community (free or paid). however, i am building a true mastermind - a place where ppl take action! it creates an environment where everybody thrive. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m).

HQ WEEKLY | Issue #8 | Aug 25, 2026
your weekly dose of what's coming, what you might have missed. and yes, i did not post ANYTHING for the last 3 weeks 🤦🏻‍♀️ thanks to my ADHD, family conundrum, and just being disorganised person. but, the good thing is i know it is important. and i come back to it. show me & other ppl in this community some love, if this resonates. === 📣 COMING UP THIS WEEK 📆 28 Aug 5pm UK Launch vs. Evergreen Debate - launch or evergreen. both work. the argument is about when, and for who. me & Carol will make our case. you decide which one your community is built for. 📆 28 Aug 3 pm UK Size Matters - why you should grow fast and how to grow fast. i am presenting it in Justin's community - Aligned Entrepreneur Network. 📆 31 Aug 12am Doors Are Closing for Community Income Mastermind for you to join in August. next opportunity will be end of Sept. === ⏪ WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED LAST WEEK 💰 the AMA on Meta Ads - i though ppl had a lot of questions on it, but in reality, very few. i wonder why. well, if you have - post them here or there or DM me. i believe there are a lot of misconceptions about meta ads. 🎥 new category - Saturday Movie. as a certified movie coach, and movie junky, i will be sharing every week a cool movie with you with some self-discovery questions. let me know what you think. here or there. === 🔍 OUR MEMBERS HIGHLIGHTS @Vladimír Bohm is looking for feedback on his non-english speaking community.
