Anyone who built their whole business on Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube found out what happens when the algorithm changes, the account gets flagged, or the platform decides it doesn't like what you're doing. Now we're doing it again, except this time it's AI. Think about what actually runs on a model right now. Your lead generation. Your marketing. Your customer support. If any of that depends on Anthropic or OpenAI and one of them decides to start blocking the kind of automation you're running, your business stops. Ok, so today I wanted to go over something that will fundamentally change your business. And I'm not being dramatic. I'm writing this because as I get older, I have the odd moment where it is becoming harder to work at the same level I was able to at 23. So this is a PSA - If your company relies entirely on your personal effort to function, you don't have a business. You have a high-stress job that you created for yourself. Without documented, repeatable processes, you are setting yourself up for burnout. And eventually, failure. The core principle is simple. A system is the business. Anything less is just hoping things don't fall apart. Smart operators understand that the only way to escape this trap is to build systems.
