It used to be the military fitness tests or training for fights. Now I try and sign up to triathlons or races a few times a year

It's huge. If you let too many little things slide the big things will also slide.
Time away
Important thing to do regularly is to spend time away from everyone Sometimes we stuck in a loop of actions, drills, life tasks that keep us away from reflecting about ourselves because we are caught up in the moment

Yes, rest is a weapon, but if you're busy people you might feel guilty resting. So it is necessary sometimes to plan a rest and give yourself that break

Same, I cut out a lot of other stuff or reduced it way down like beer or a glass of wine, but coffee in the morning is something I won't skip.
