So yesterday I flew back home, this feeling of happiness is great but is always double edge sword With happiness comes the feeling of celebration….this for me is a trigger! How to keep the triggers under control? Now days is easy for me to control them by going to the gym or go for a run, and that is enough to keep me safe!
