People Want You To Be Real - Selling Saturday
Hello All! In this day and age of social media and fake people pretending to do things they really arent doing, there is real fatigue from the buyers out there. Too many sales consultants out there are simply posting about the "LOT MODEL that "MUST GO" and that's why it's "$20,000 off!"....STOP! What people are responding to is REAL PEOPLE. Buyers are responding to (buying homes from) those that are being real on their social media. There are those sales consultants that are showing behind the scenes what goes on every day, they are educating buyers about what it takes to buy a home, they are sharing information about what is going to save them money. THOSE SALES CONSULTANTS ARE WINNING! Be different, BE REAL! I'm interested in your thoughts on this. Share what is really working for you. Have a great SELLING SATURDAY!

Protect your Hunger
My whole life I hustled! When I first got in the industry I knew nothing about a MFG Home just that it had wheels. Here I am 30 years later in a successful career that I would have never dreamed of. I remember my boss back then telling me Steph you can hustle all you want but you will get not get anywhere until you get Hungry and find your WHY? Back then my WHY was my daughters and my parents. Once I realized my why there was no room for failure and my hustle turned into a GRIND As time passed my WHY has changed now its a Legacy my grind is now GRIT I refuse to fail I will never give in I now protect my hunger. I am still hungry!! I will stay hungry and I will protect my hunger? What is your why???

@Cesar Mascorro I used to think the same thing about being cliche. It was not until I found out what my real why was, that I truly knew what hunger was.
How can I make my Facebook Marketplace listings more effective?
- Use high-quality photos. Include multiple photos of the exterior, interior, and layout. - Price competitively. People particularly use Facebook Marketplace to compare prices. Don't appear cheap, but be aware of your competition's pricing. - Respond quickly. Responding in a timely manner shows dedication and genuine attentiveness to your lead's interest. Is there anything you do to ensure your listings are effective, interesting, and thorough?
