Hello everyone, I am continuing to update the FastFuel.training app. I've been using it myself. I noticed a trend: I wasn't fueling enough during training, and the result was that I was hungry and tired in the afternoon. Since I have corrected and been using the recommended training fuel before, during, and after, I feel stronger during training, no more starving afternoons, and better sleep.
