Hello Shuffle Sculpt fam! I wanted to share this with Victoria but she said I should share with the whole group and obviously I’m happy to do that! So here it is… I choreographed and performed with some of my students a few weeks ago. We told an inspirational story and it was lots of fun. My active rest day consisted of walking, teaching a shuffle lesson and hammocking at the causeway :)

Never checked in on day 9 but I did it. Yesterday I woke up late and had no time… so maybe day 10 and 11 today? We shall see. I’m sore from Monday still! I did the workout and took 2 dance classes that day, heels and hip hop.
