I know it’s really going to be depend on your audience, but what is a “good” start? Like when do you start inviting people, how much do you charge or if you don’t, when do you charge for what? How often is good to go live or post? How do you know how much value to put into it or how much to put in the classroom? And how much is too much? I know these answers really depend on so many things but it’s nice to hear different perspectives of what is best to make sure everyone is getting whatever it is they came for.

Love this. Very helpful. I actually have a scripted video outline ready that is similar to this. I visualize a staircase where there are many people on each level. You are helping the person one step behind you until you are ready go to the next level.. “leaving room” for the next level of people just like you explained here. It’s what makes the “system” work and why even beginners can do it. You can pay more to “skip” levels but you are paying more and the jump is going to be bigger and not feel as relatable or achievable. This is what I’m experiencing now. I should have got a “lower level” coach to at least get to the next level instead of trying to jump so far so quickly. Like you said, you don’t even talk directly to them for the most part. I am really struggling the last few days and this was a great reminder and helped clarify and add to this, thank you!!

@Jenni Black OO I love this! We had a great experience when I was in high school. When someone else saw how amazing it was going for us, they got an exchange student the following year, but I guess it was a very bad experience for them. 🫣 I felt really bad. I love that you are providing the information that's missing out there!
