Any specific aspects you would particularly like to hear more on?
Hi everyone! Quick note to let you know that I started to invite a few more members to this community. Together, we will continue to grow this space and have great exchange on Learning Integrity. I've got some pretty exciting content and tips coming up! For now, I am curious to know if there are any specific aspects you would particularly like to hear more about? I encourage you to add a post or comment to let me know. Always happy to tweak the approach based on needs (especially for current projects you are working on). Thank you for being here!

What I Mean by Learning Integrity
If you're here, you've probably seen me use the term Learning Integrity. This short video explains what I mean by it, in plain words. Learning integrity is not about polish. It’s not about perfection. It’s about whether learning remains clear and usable under real conditions. -When people are tired. -New. -Unsure -Translating. -Under pressure. If structure holds and things are clear, learning moves people forward. If it doesn’t, it creates friction and people disengage. This lens is at the core of everything we explore inside this community. Curious to hear what resonates most for you.

What I Mean by Learning Integrity
How Courses Quietly Fall Apart (10 of 10)
The issue: Most courses do not fail loudly. They are completed, but behaviour does not change. What to do to prevent it: Design for independent action. If a learner cannot apply the learning without support, the course does not yet hold.

How Courses Quietly Fall Apart (9 of 10)
The issue: Creators fix symptoms instead of structural misalignment. Polishing content does not resolve unclear transformation. What to do to prevent it: Pause before revising. Confirm the intended change is explicit and realistic before adjusting delivery.

How Courses Quietly Fall Apart (8 of 10)
The issue: Hidden assumptions about prior knowledge create invisible friction. Learners pause, reread, or adapt silently instead of asking for help. What to do to prevent it: Make prerequisites explicit. Build what you depend on.
