Moving to a bigger space
Hey everyone,
Two months ago I started this group focused on learning integrity.
In that time, something bigger crystallized and I am now focusing my work around one core belief:
Clear systems reduce friction, so people can do their best work.
Across three layers
-Documentation
-Learning
-Leadership.
Weakness in one burns out the others.
My work has now outgrown this space.
I am closing this group and would love for you to continue following my journey on LinkedIn. Especially since I'm just about to launch the first fully carved out expression of LIX™ (with the Clarity Snapshot to help identify friction in documents and fix it)
