Bills of Exchange paying a utility bill (With)
Can a "Bill of Exchange" be used in the UK to pay for a utility bill. Or would this be double dipping on the side of the utility corporations!

I have seen Richard Vobes do videos on this so I would suggest searching his Youtube Channel. I have hesitated with it as it seems to be agreeing a bill is legitimate.
Council Threatening to put a Charge on my Home re Council Tax
Hi All, I have taken the line of ignoring anything from Leeds City Council re Council tax. I understand that the Liability Orders are 'fake'. I have collected a package today from the Post Office after the sender (Legal Service at Leeds City Council) did not put sufficient postage on the envelope! It says, "We write to inform you that an Interim Charging Order has been obtained against the above mentioned property." (see attachment) The order has - it says - been registered with the Civil National Business Centre which I understand is an administrative centre rather than a court. I also ignored bills from Yorkshire Water and they have managed to put a CCJ on my credit file via the Civil National Business Centre. I did write to Yorkshire Water before they did that and asked for a copy of my contract, invoices and meter readings which they did not supply. I am wondering what my best course of action is here. I wonder if it could be another attempt to scare me into paying. There is a big pack with the attached documents which I can share with anyone interested. I have yet to read through the pack for the details. Has anyone else trodden this journey before or got any thoughts for me? Thank you.

New to NOT A PERSON
Daniel Garcia Equity! Take a look at how you can "DISCHARGE" your mortgage Information The primary thing above that is to understand who the surety is, who is responsible, you or them. Could this be the Answer to Mortgages? https://www.skool.com/not-a-person-3150/classroom/2ac0c068?md=31754c53ff584fe486635b6db35c2aa6

I had a buy to let mortgage on my previous home after I moved out. I paid it off in 2017 on selling the property. I paid £4k in early redemption fee. Can I do anything about this now? Gary, might this be covered on the call this evening?

Water company outstanding balance £984
So im going to challenge the water company, using their legislation against them, inc DSAR, request for water testing, I have ordered a TDS meter and electrolyser as evidence, saved a months worth of empty bottled water stating estimated average cost of £200 per month, inc physical harm as well as financial harm. Will give updates on how it goes, responding as Executive agent for ALL CAPS NAME. Will use a hybrid of “sov cit” and legal for shits and giggles. It seemed to work against the council 🤷

Yorkshire Water has put a CCJ on my credit file via the Civil National Business Centre. I had engaged but perhaps the outcome would have been the same if I had not. I asked them to give me evidence of a contract. I asked for a list of what they ADD to the water and they referred me to a table on their website telling me what is IN the water rather than actually answering my question. On the renewal of my home insurance policy, I am now facing a doubled premium. I would welcome assistance with this on tonight's call Gary if at all possible.
Friday!
Happy Friday, everyone. Remember to keep Monday free at 7 pm for the Equity call! Otherwise, I just wanted to share, I was reminded that: "The road to success is always under construction!" I like this phrase, as it's so appropriate for the English roads too 😁and it reminds me to try and slow down a bit, which takes away a lot of the bumps and gives us time to enjoy the journey a bit more. A great question to ask if ever you are feeling up against it a bit, is: What is the good news in this situation? Whatever maybe happening around us, to make the effort to see that there is good and bad in everything; this is nature/yin-yang, balance, etc. My wife (married in heart, not a licence) had a car crash a few days ago, and as you would expect, the first thing I asked was, "Is everyone ok?", and they were. Cars and 'stuff' can be fixed/replaced; they are just stuff, but there, in the middle of a car crash, is the good news - only stuff got broken, and really, so what - this stuff can end up owning us more than we own it. 🪚 Anyway, what's the good situation going on with you this weekend? Enjoy it, be present, and maybe try to not take your phone! 😁
