Today I learned a new way to stretch called unilateral stretching. Has anyone out here heard about unilateral stretching?

I wanted to share this with you. I shared it with my friend and felt led to put it here. I will post in the comments my response. My front door is open and listening to the cats recurring water dish that sound like a fountain and the birds were singing. Zen. I have so much excitement running through my earthly container.
