I tend to be a Perfectionist that may be overly critical of my own self, focusing on mistakes and weaknesses rather than celebrating accomplishments. The Paradigm: if it’s not perfect, do it until it is. It reminds me when I was in school and I would do my paper and my penmanship had to be perfect. If I made a mistake across something out I would just get a whole new sheet of paper and start over until it was perfect. I’m learning now it doesn’t need to be perfect just take the action.
Day 4 – Let’s Talk About… How You Talk to You
Today is about becoming radically aware of how you speak to yourself. That little voice in your head? It's either fueling your growth or keeping you stuck. Are you cheering yourself on—or tearing yourself down? One of my clients had a realization that she shared with us, she said "no one could ever talk to me as bad as I talk to myself". This is why is is so important that we start noticing the patterns: - Do you say things like “I always mess this up” or “I’ll never figure this out”? - Or are you saying, “I’m doing my best,” “I’m learning,” “I’ve got this”? - Do you call yourself "stupid", "fat", "old" (you get the idea). - Or, do you say to yourself, "I am beautiful, I am intelligent, I am confident and wise"? The truth is, your self-talk shapes your identity. And your identity determines what you believe you can have, do, or be. So today, ask yourself: 👉 What am I saying to myself—about myself—on repeat? 👉 Would I speak this way to someone I love? 👉 What new story do I want to start telling? You’re the only one who lives with your thoughts 24/7. Make sure they’re good company. What are you noticing about your inner dialogue today?

I have a lot of monkey chatter in this noggin of mine. I think about what I would love and then it goes into scarcity. You can’t right now, but now is the time! I shared my Las Vegas experience how amazing it was, but there’s one thing I did not share at the end I arrived at the airport back to LA at 10 AM. My flight was at 3:15. I asked if I can get on the next flight out. The only one was going to be at 10:40 and the attendant said it would be $99 and he said they are boarding and you won’t make it. So I got to the gate and I would have been able to get on that plane I didn’t pay the $99 and I sat at the airport until we boarded the 315 flight. The chatter went back-and-forth in my head the final argument I will not do that again,( I could have called my accountable partner to agree with me that I was worthy, but I listen to the chatter who wanted to hold me back. I was angry with myself for living my life abundantly this weekend and then I went into scarcity at the last moment. I know this was a test! I told myself sorry you are worthy and I value your time and I know everything would’ve worked out, I chose me, because you are now Her💝

@Shan Bryant I didn’t understand that I could have did stand by for free, but the attendant did say I wouldn’t make it,..he could have said, “you could have a chance to make it on the plane…” Anyways, Lesson learned! I know now, Thanks Shan!
Day 3 — Noticing What You’re Noticing About Your Thoughts 🌟
Today is Day 3 of our group Manifestation Activation!!! Let's talk about one of the most powerful steps in manifestation is awareness: tuning in to our inner dialogue—our thoughts, emotions, and patterns—and asking ourselves: 🤔 Is this coming from my old self… or my future self? To truly create a new reality, we must let go of the emotional habits that have kept us stuck: fear, anger, anxiety, self-doubt, victimhood. These are the signatures of the old self—and they cannot come with us into our next level. Instead, we choose to embody new states of being:✨ Joy✨ Gratitude✨ Confidence✨ Abundance✨ Health✨ Wealth It all begins with noticing. Notice when you’re slipping into an old pattern—and gently redirect your focus to how your future self would think, feel, and act. Would she dwell in fear, or walk in faith? Living in our natural birthrite of Abundance not in the made up fear of scarcity? I shared on a call on Wednesday, that I did just that! Upgraded to a suite in Las Vegas, and it was just $30? I rented the pool cabana for the day, that was accidentally discounted $150 less and they honored it. I treated myself to gelato and honestly did hesitate for half a second, and thought, “I’m worthy to chose me” and then I was to pay, I found $20 on the ground in front of me, haha, so thank you Universe for the choosing me, buying the gelato and tipping like HER!
