Hi my name is Chrishelle. I live in Virginia and I plan on making $12,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  I want learn how to properly start and run a dispatching business 2.  As much knowledge as humanly possible 3. A community that comes together as a family For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Go on vacation with my family 2.  Look at documentaries 3.  Getting everyone together to have a good time (birthdays, get togethers and game nights)

I need some tech support, not sure where to turn, paid the $97 today for Truck.ai, it sent me to a login page, which it never asked me when paying for it. None of my emails work, I have tried the reset my password button, put in my email....no email back. I have reached out to the only email I could find online for support and no response. What Am I Doing Wrong?

Update: I collected my first carrier today. A friend that owns a box truck company with three trucks. Some context: I had to cancel my subscription to the paid portion of Dispatcher University, not because the system does not work but because I can not afford it at the moment. To those that don't know, I was taken advantage of in late 2025 as a lease on owner operator. It left my business near bankruptcy. I transitioned into dispatch because of it. I'm grateful to God I was able to use my contacts in the industry to scale the biggest hurdle to dispatchers, finding carriers. Otherwise I would have to spend lots of money in advertising to let carriers know my company exists. Then afterwards I would have to convince them to work with me. My industry connections helped me bypass that expense and roadblock. Grateful to @Gurpreet Gill for his teaching and expertise that gave me knowledge and tools to help my friends run their businesses more efficiently. I'm encouraged and excited about the future. Once my company returns to the black, I'll return with an update. Thanks to everyone I've met in this community and to all the encouraging words and advice. I can't wait to come back with more good news.

I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  Assistance on how to get started 2.  Knowledge on what I’m saying as far getting contracts and dispatching vehicles 3. Building a nice comm I can always get help from and be able to create a family. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  I started reading new books 2.  watch crime shows 3.  Taking care of plants for the first time
