Day 4 — BREATHE 🌬️
Today is about slowing down and reconnecting through your breath. This is your moment to reset, calm your nervous system, and bring yourself back to center. I attached a video walking you through a breathing technique I like to use. Here’s how it works: • Start by fully exhaling through your mouth until all of the air is out • Then inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, filling your stomach first • After that, take another inhale into your lungs until your chest is full • Then take one final small inhale to completely top it off so your body is full of oxygen • Hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can • Slowly exhale through your mouth • At the very end of the exhale, contract your core to fully empty your stomach and lungs to bring yourself back to square one Then repeat. I personally like to do this outside and ground myself while breathing to help release stagnant or negative energy, but that part isn’t necessary. The most important thing is simply taking a few intentional minutes to slow down and breathe. This is just one example of meditation and breath work. You can also just lie on the ground for 5 minutes and focus on your thoughts and breath. It doesn't have to be complicated Even just 5–10 minutes of this can make a huge difference. It helps fill the body with oxygen, calm the nervous system, and bring you back into the present. Check-in below: What did you do today for breath work or meditation? And how long did you do it for?

While fasting I make sure to feed the brain! Reading a motivational book or spiritual book, writing a script, or writing out my goal feeds the brain and helps me get through those rough days! After my fasting I will eat one meal tomorrow working my way up to five small meals daily!
Day 3: DISCIPLINE ⏳
Today’s focus is discipline through intermittent fasting. This is about practicing control, being intentional, and building awareness around your habits. Check-in below: What time did you break your fast today? And how did you feel during the fast?

No meal for the day! Fasting for 48-72 hours. This allows ketosis to set in! Once your body goes 48-72 hours without food the body believes it is going into starvation mode! To survive the body starts burning fat to survive! Try this once a month to achieve your fat burning goal!
Day 2: FUEL 🥗
Today is about fueling your body with intention. Pay attention to what you eat today and make choices that align with your goals. It doesn’t have to be perfect — just intentional. Check-in below: What did you eat today that made you feel good or supported your goals? You can share a meal, snack, or even your overall nutrition for the day.

For breakfast I had yogurt after my workout then I ate grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner! Tomorrow I’ll be fasting and drinking water

Day 1: MOVE 🔥
Today is all about getting your body moving. That could mean a workout, a walk, cardio, stretching, training in the gym, or anything that gets you out of stillness and into action. The goal today is simple: move with intention. Check-in below: What did you do for movement today? Be specific — workout, steps, walk, cardio, stretch, etc.

Motivational Monday it is! That doesn’t mean you will be motivated!!! This is why you always lead with discipline! After a weekend of fun, the hardest part of the week is getting started! I make sure to keep a consistent routine and schedule whether I’m motivated or not! I definitely will stick with my plan and that includes meals prepping as well! Today was cardio and shoulders! Remember motivation gets you going but discipline sustains you!!!
