Aaron’s Class Today
Guys this class with Aaron today was like diamonds. What are we all afraid of? Objections. Which we think are reflective of us and what we are saying or selling. When all they are is fear-based stalling tactics due to a lack of funds or other fears the prospect may have. Aaron says we owe it to ourselves and our prospects to not quit on them. To fight for them. How many times has a client thanked us for our persistence? The material from the class was great. Download it if you can.

Sooooo.....i have a follow up on that one Aaron.... I called that guy back again. The one i couldn't figure out. And i used many of the ideas from your class. And i have to say they worked like a GEM!!! He kept throwing up obstacles and i kept saying how i understood that and kept going with my arguments. It was the LONGEST I've ever kept a listing prospect on the phone!! And i could tell he was listening.... At one point he said okay, if i agree to list with you, would you agree to xx% commission. And i said no I couldn't do that but i did offer a slight break. And then he said it was 1030pm in Paris and got off the phone. And i realized where i didn't follow your script, which was that i should have asked him if the commission amount was the ONLY thing keeping him from listing. So Im going to do a lot more studying of the script!!! See you manana!

How I Got Here
Anyone having this experience? I have this tough lead. He is an older gentleman and doesn't seem to hear very well....or so it seems. He is out of town so everything is on the phone. I am using some of my best ideas to help him bridge the gap and list his property which would lead him to a sale and he would achieve his goal. But he keeps repeating the same argument. It's almost like he doesn't hear anything I am saying. So i decided i needed to uplevel my communication and that is how I found Eli online. I have been reading Eli's book on NLP and listening to the audio. And i know I need to reframe. Any suggestions from people that have been in the program for a while?

@Aaron Seaton Aaron super helpful!! And i know what his belief is but it isn’t necessarily logical. And when i try to explain that the belief isn’t logical he just repeats his position. All that said…he did recently give me a price for his unit. So we are progressing… thanks for the input Aaron looking forward to your class!
