Mine is definitely a toss up between Bulgarian Split Squats, RDLs, and Dips. Split Squats grow TF out of my quads but place a ton of stress on my knees and ankles to where I find it hard to walk the next day. RDLs just feel shitty. ...and Dips are ok, but man do my elbows hum the next day!
So I packed on 298lbs on the Pendulum Squat machine and it BURIED my ass haha! Got one rep out of it, tried and failed the second. Oh well. Next wave cycle I got that mufuka!
