New lessons added to the Warm-Up course!
Today I added four new lessons to help you prepare your body better before training: • Full Body Activation • Lower Body Warm-Up • Upper Body Warm-Up with a Stick • Hip Mobility with a Stick These exercises will help you activate your body, improve mobility and get ready for more demanding movements during training. At the end of the Hip Mobility lesson there is also a small challenge where you try a forward and backward roll while holding the stick. If you try it, feel free to send me a video of your attempt. I’d love to see how it goes and give you feedback.

@Honza Pentifull Mostly yes. I've been doing foam roller and arm/leg circles. I've found putting my foam roller in plain sight helps me remember, haha😅
Welcome to the community! 🙌
If you want to start breaking but don’t know where to begin, you’re in the right place. My goal is to help beginners build strong, safe foundations, develop mobility, and learn the basics step by step. No stress, no pressure, no fear of doing it wrong. 👉 Your first steps here: 1. Introduce yourself in the comments - name, country, why you want to learn breaking. 2. Tell me your current level (total beginner is 100% okay). 3. Share what you struggle with the most - flexibility, strength, confidence, steps, anything. This helps me guide you better and build lessons that truly help you grow. I’m excited to train with you all. Let’s start your breaking journey - the right way. 🔥

@Honza Pentifull Thank you, I'm glad to be here! And good to know on the flexibility. That'll save me some time, haha.

@Honza Pentifull Probably floor transitions. I'll have to work up to it, but it's not something I've done before. And building up to floor work I think would be pretty cool!
🟦 NEW COURSE ADDED 🔥 Warm-Up & Body Care
I’ve added a new course to the classroom focused on body preparation and recovery. Right now you’ll find the first lesson about Foam Roller, and I’ll keep adding more videos with inspiration on how to take care of your body before and after training. Breaking is not just about learning moves, it’s also about keeping your body healthy so you can train long-term and progress safely. We only have one body, so it’s important to take care of it. 👇 Let me know in the comments: Do you usually warm up before training? If you have questions about recovery or preparation, feel free to ask - I’m here to help 💪

@Honza Pentifull I'm not great about warmup, but I do have a foam roller I use everyday for recovery. It amazing how effective it is!

@Honza Pentifull Haha thank you!
🟦 NEW ADVANCED LESSONS ADDED
I’ve added some new lessons to the classroom. Since we also have more experienced dancers in the community, I’m starting to include advanced techniques and powermoves as well. ⚠️ These lessons are recommended only for dancers who already feel comfortable with: • freezes • backspin • basic body control on the floor Please don’t rush into advanced movements if your foundations are not stable yet. Strong basics always make advanced skills easier and safer. 🟡 IMPORTANT — PREPARATION Before training powermoves, make sure you: ✔️ Warm up properly ✔️ Do mobility for wrists, back, hips, and shoulders ✔️ Use dynamic stretching before training ✔️ Use static stretching after training This helps your body recover correctly and reduces injury risk. Training smart is part of becoming a strong dancer. 👇 Let me know in the comments: • What are you training right now? • Beginner or Advanced? • How long was your session today? If you need advice about progression or preparation, feel free to ask, I’m here to help 💪

Definitely foundations. Working on the first couple moves and building consistency!😋🔥
BIG UPDATE 🔥 New Courses + New Lessons
I’ve added: 🟡 2 NEW COURSES • Powermoves (Beginner + Advanced) • Freezes Advanced 🟡 2 NEW LESSONS • Hong 10 Freeze • Backspin We’re building this step by step - foundations first, then power and control. 👇 I’d love your feedback: • Which one are you training first? • Beginner or Advanced? • How many minutes did you practice today? Your likes and comments really help keep this community active and growing 🙏 They also help me understand how to guide you better. Let’s keep pushing forward 💪
