My biggest break through for day 3 was the 4 categories or types of people: urchins, whales, dolphins and sharks. Wow, I never heard of these types of characteristics before. And it makes sense, that you can't talk to all people the same way. Uhmmm...so my question would be how do you distinquish them within a large group of people? Thank you Dr Sonja!

Today, for me, was a pause for reflection. There were many learnings but what resonated deepest in my spirt was that overcomplicating my start is giving myself permission to stay stuck and blame circumstances. Dr. Sonja didn't SAY that, I got there when she said, "Your success is based on your level of confidence." I could have fumbled at 1/2 of the things I imagined for myself and be further along. So -- even though I didn't receive direct coaching today, it deeply coached me. From the actual lesson, learning that there are ways to navigate the four spirits (archetype, energies, personas) was especially helpful because it now removes comfort and chemistry and puts you back into the strategy seat. Today was rich. I truly wish I could have been a VIP this week.
