🍓 What weird food combo do you secretly love? 🥒
Okay, confession time... We all have that one food combo that makes people look at us sideways. 😆 Maybe it’s peanut butter on pickles. Or dipping fries in your milkshake (no judgment here...well...okay... maybe a little). For me, it’s __________________ (fill in your favorite, I’m curious!). Food is such a fun part of self-care, right? It’s comfort, nostalgia, and sometimes just plain weird cravings that hit at 10pm or 10am (depending on your sleep schedule). So spill it, ladies! 👉 What “odd” food combo do you swear tastes amazing? 👉 And how did you even discover it? (Dare I ask… accident or experiment?) Let’s see who has the quirkiest taste buds in the Society today. 😋

✨ The Protein That Holds You Together (Literally)
Let’s talk about something your body quietly depends on every single day — collagen. It’s the glue that holds you together. Your skin, hair, nails, joints, tendons, even your gut — all rely on it. The tricky part? Once we hit our 30s, our natural collagen production starts to slow down… and every year, we make a little less. That’s why you might notice your skin isn’t as firm, your joints feel a bit creaky, or your hair seems thinner than before. It’s not just “aging” ... it’s your collagen levels quietly dropping. That’s what led Charlene to start adding BioTrust Ageless Multi-Collagen to her morning oatmeal. Within weeks, she noticed her joints felt smoother and her skin had that healthy, hydrated glow again. She said to me, “It feels like my body finally remembers what it’s supposed to feel like.” And honestly… that’s what collagen does. It helps your body remember its strength. I’ve been using it too ... one scoop in my morning smoothie ... and even my nails are stronger than ever. What I love most: 💖 It’s flavorless and blends into anything 💖 It supports your skin, joints, hair, and nails 💖 It feels like giving your body a hug from the inside out If your body has been whispering for a little extra support, this is your sign to listen. 👉 Take a peek at this little wellness gem from our trusted resource BioTrust Because self-care and wellness isn’t just about what you put on your body, right? It’s about what you put in it. 🍵🥛☕🥗🍲🍍🍎🍓🍇 💬 What part of your body feels like it could use a little extra love and support right now — your skin, hair, nails, or joints?

🍂 Saturday Shenanigans Check-In! 🍂
Okay… it’s late October. The leaves are putting on their final show, pumpkin spice is in everything, and I’m somewhere between “romantic fall walk” and “wrapped in a blanket burrito watching Hocus Pocus.” 😅 How about you? What’s your vibe this weekend...cozy, crafty, spooky, or sporty? I’m personally eyeing my half-finished quilt project (the one that’s definitely not turning into another weird yarn creature like my crochet gnome attempt 😂). And, two things on my calendar I may or may not be up for because it's 48F and rainy 😰☔: 1. a bookstore nearby is hosting a readers market...from their site "This is an opportunity for bookworms and hobby enthusiasts to come together for an afternoon to explore the wonderful gems the community has to offer." Vendors include booksellers, small presses, crafters, and nonprofits. 2.our small community here in southern Indiana is hosting a Trunk or Treat for the kids that includes a haunted shelter! Let’s have some fun! Drop a photo or tell us: ✨ What are you up to this weekend?✨ What’s your fall comfort ritual? (bonus points if it involves fuzzy socks or snacks) Happy Saturday, friends. 🍁

@Jennifer White yes, but the manufacturer did the cancelling. I asked why and the only response I got was that they have the right to cancel orders.
Burnout to Breakthrough
Hey lovely! 💛 Sometimes, burnout is a signal, not a stop sign. Burnout to Breakthrough means listening to your body, reflecting on what’s draining you, and creating space for restoration. Out of exhaustion often comes clarity and transformation. 🌿 💬 Have you ever turned a period of overwhelm into a lesson or breakthrough? Tell us your story!

Yes, my husband is 100% disabled combat veteran, we homeschool our children, and we use to hobby farm, which was more of keeping expenses pets. During my husband’s last crisis I realized I was so very overwhelm. I stopped working outside of the home and we re-homed our farm animals. It was a very hard decision but it helped us all in the long run both financially and emotionally. I learned that is is ok to say no, it is ok to ask for help, and it is ok to take time for myself and not feel guilty.
