👋 Hello! Stacey here from Burnsville, MN. I'm excited to be a part of this community! Right now, I'm focusing on my overall well-being, both physically and mentally. Like many women in their 40s, I'm navigating the changes that come with this stage of life while trying to prioritize my health. Outside of my two kiddos, my biggest passion is the nonprofit I founded, Ember in Bloom Foundation. We provide free holistic wellness services, including yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing to women survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, as well as the advocates who support them. As a survivor myself, this mission is deeply personal. While working to support others on their healing journey, I'm also continuing to discover new ways to care for my own mind, body, and nervous system. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and being inspired along the way!
