Let's reflect a little more here. As I wrote before, weekends can make a huge impact on the progress you make and are often neglected for how helpful they can be towards your well-being and your goals. What can YOU do on Sundays to help you reset and recharge mentally to prepare you for the week ahead? If you're religious, that may be attending church. It could mean a longer low-heart-rate workout or an active recovery day. It could be an extra 10 minutes of mindfulness or getting deep into a book. It could be cleaning your room or doing your laundry, whatever floats your boat and gives you a sense of accomplishment and/or relaxation. It's about what works for YOU specifically, not someone else. Finding what works for you and setting yourself up for success is part of the journey and a big part of working toward any goal at the end of the day. Let's have a killer week!
