What’s your go to practice for coming back to center?
I'm curious to know what you guys lean on to come back to your truth, and away from the illusions of life. Breathwork, walks, journaling, music... whatever brings you home to yourself… it might help someone else too.

Gifting myself presence. Being fully present to myself. Just me. Being in nature helps a lot. Dancing being in my body helps a lot. Like putting some good music and practising "Poi". I need to get that extra supply of energy out or else it eats me instead. 🔥 thank you Peter 🙌💫

Introducing "Open Circle"
This is your space to bring anything and everything to the table... questions, wins, reflections, struggles, insights, or something that’s simply on your heart. The Open Circle is where we connect as humans.. real, raw, and respectful. You don’t need to have it all figured out to share here. This is a place for honest conversation, laughter, support, and collective growth. Examples of what to post: - Something you’re currently navigating and want perspective on. - A moment of breakthrough or healing you want to celebrate. - A quote, story, or idea that inspired you. - Questions about love, polarity, purpose, or emotional mastery. - A challenge you’re facing and want to process out loud. All we ask: share from the heart, keep it grounded, and honor this space and one another. Real people. Real growth. Real connection.

@Justin Peters yes... you are right. The doors might have finally opened and I cant pretend and hold it together anymore.. Im trying to be present. But Art is helping me loads. Art and Nature. Doing things for me. Caring for myself in small ways. Almost ritualising every moment. Does it make sense? Thank you for understanding and adding words to how I feel. I feel seen.

@Justin Peters thats a pretty good trick Justin !!! Empowering and taking my power back has helped me loads too. Like standing up for myself and speaking up my truth even when it's uncomfortable. Thank YOU ! Bam !
This is important... if you had to choose one pet, what would it be?
If yours isn't on there add it in the comments.

I love all of them but I would love to be friend with a polar bear. Or a sperm whale.
Writing a Letter to Your Future Self
One of the most powerful things you can do for your growth is… write a letter to your future self. Why is this so powerful? Because it pulls you out of today’s worries and into tomorrow’s possibilities. It’s like sending yourself a reminder of who you’re becoming and what truly matters when life gets busy. Imagine your 15-year-old self writing you a letter today. What would they say? Probably something like, “Don’t forget to laugh more, chase the dreams we once had, and don’t get lost in stress.” Now flip that around... imagine the future you (the one who’s wiser, calmer, stronger) writing back to you today. What would they tell you? That’s what this practice unlocks. Here’s a simple, life-changing exercise I call "Future Mirror": 1. Take 10 minutes today. 2. Write a letter from the YOU who is 1 year ahead... already living the life you desire. 3. Let them speak with gratitude, encouragement, and wisdom, as if it’s already real. 4. Seal it somewhere safe (or set a reminder in your calendar to read it exactly one year from now). This works because it bypasses doubt and fear, and connects you directly to your vision and inner wisdom. If your future self could tell you ONE thing today… what would it be?

Best is to give it to someone who will send it back to you one year after. This is one of my favorite exercise to and always make me cry. Thanks Peter.
