New tool?
Hi, I am new to the group and wanted to ask if you have used Microsoft Designer. I am currently short of $$ and I am using the free service they offer and I can't complain. The results are beautiful. The mockups I'm using were created there and fixed in Canva. So just an idea if you are looking for something different and not so expensive.

@Mert Gezer Canva is the worth the subscription fee in my opinion.
Have a question
Hello all, I just got my first sell and a 5 star review. Super excited about it! Feel like I should know the answer to this question, but I really don't, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I feel like I should respond in some way or send a coupon. What is your opinion? I have to admit the process seemed strange, since I did not have to do anything. Lol. Thank you for your help.

I was so excited for my first sale too!! I checked other shops that were doing well, but most did not reply to positive reviews. So when someone does leave a review I send them a quick message thanking them. If you are going to write a reply, I would suggest making them unique!. Even for Google Reviews, I think he detracts from the postive review when the response is always the same.

I'll have to look into it. I actually have had the best success with Printify's background remover.
How to Mock it up
Does anyone have any advice on what's the best tool or best ways to do mockups? this is where I struggle as a newbie

@Carrie Peters Do you upload your mockups to the website for it to use? I have a POD store that this could possibly work for but I am guessing there is a cost to use it?
Download your designs from Canva with 300 DPI
Just wanted to share how I download my designs from Canva with 300 DPI. When downloading my image, I save it as PNG with a maximum Size of 3.125. After that I always open the PNG file in Paint (on PC) and go File - Image Properties to check the resolution. If the PNG file is too big (more than 20 MB for Etsy), I resize it in Paint (Resize and Skew button) by reducing the Pixels untill my file is 20 MB or less. This does not change the DPI. So all my designs are 300 DPI or more, because that's what I promise my customers. Same trick can be used if you are using Kittl and the AI upscaled image is too big. You can reduce your design's size in Paint without loosing the 300 DPI resolution before uploading to Etsy. Happy designing!

How do you get your files to 300dpi? I have tried using upscayl but Printify doesn’t accept large images. I tried in Pain but it didn’t work either
