Day 1 : the one thing, word Confidence
I had the pleasure of taking Marone's Workshop at Concordia Toastmasters in Montreal. He is a very talented and generous teacher. This is the speech that I did in front of the class. During the workshop, we got transcriptions of what we said word by word. I rewrote my transcript, figured out the grammatical mistakes, and then, as soon as I hit play, I didn't read my script. I started talking about what I learned. I am sure I made new mistakes. That is part of the journey.

Sherron, I like your authentic and honest opinion on confidence. Your suggestion to go on stage even if you are afraid and to think of it as a learning experience is wonderful and really helpful. Next time, I would suggest speaking into the camera, as I missed having eye contact with you.😊
Day 7: Motivation
I finished the last day of the challenge. Yoohoo!

Wow, that is brilliant! Thank you Marouane, I really appreciate it. I’m looking forward to hearing your feedback and getting started with the AI Performance Tracker. What a fantastic opportunity! 🎉🙂
Day 6- Opportunity
These last few days I think about how to structure my little speeches here. ;-) I’m having so much fun, and I’m really motivated by all the benefits Marouane offers when you complete the 7-day challenge. It’s a great platform to practice and improve.
Day 6- Opportunity
Day 1:Persistence
Three things: I am getting rusty.. I have to get back into doing many video clips so that the scaffolding becomes natural.

Sherron, great job speaking about persistence. Having a clear objective, confidence, and having fun while doing it. Those are definitely important points. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to sound a bit more cheerful and perhaps emphasize a little more why confidence in the idea is so necessary for persistence, because it gives you the motivation and certainty to continue the work and reassures you that it’s worth keeping going. Of course, I know this was just a one-minute speech, so there isn’t much space to elaborate. That’s actually why I find these exercises fun, we really have to work on being concise and clear in a very short time. Fantastic work, Sherron! 👏
