Starting YouTube - Would Love Your Thoughts on This
Hey guys, I just uploaded a new YouTube video and I would love your feedback on it. My goal is to grow this community because I truly believe the daily reps we do here help people express their ideas more clearly and build real confidence. I am starting to post on YouTube, so I would really appreciate your thoughts and ideas. What worked, what can be improved, and what topics you want me to cover next. Your feedback means a lot. This speaking gym is very useful and really motivates me to keep coming back. I like that I can choose the words and decide whether I want just a timer, audio, or video. I also find it very helpful that I can choose different frameworks. Practicing for just 1–2 minutes a day is definitely worth it.

Hi, I’m Sonja. I’m currently in the Czech Republic spending Christmas with my mum, but I normally live in Montreal. I’m a voice and speaking coach, and I love working with groups, so I create workshops on different confidence-related topics. My goal here in the Speaking Gym is to master the speaking formulas. I believe there is no end to improving and mastering communication skills. I also love doing yoga every day.
