Caribe Nation — Big Announcement for 2026 Introducing: The Fearless Swimmer 90-Day Mastermind Starting Wednesday, December 10th, I’m launching a brand-new weekly series that leads into the most transformative program I’ve ever offered for adults learning to swim virtually: The Fearless Swimmer • 90 Day Mastermind For years, I’ve heard the same challenges: - “There’s no good swim instruction near me.” - “I can’t afford to fly to Puerto Rico.” - “I’m scared to start… but I don’t want to live like this anymore.” And here’s the truth: You still deserve to learn. You can still learn. And now… you can do it with me, step-by-step, from anywhere in the world. 🌟 What This Mastermind Will Do For You This isn’t a course. This isn’t a drop-in Q&A.This is a guided, intimate, 90-day transformation container designed to change your relationship with water forever. Need your help: How to Hold Your Breath
Caribe Nation, I’m working on a secret project that is going to CHANGE THE GAME... Jan 1, 2026, you will have access to a tool that gives you the exact solution to EVERY fear, mistake, or panic moment in learning to swim. BUT, to make it perfect, I need your experience. Question: What happens to you when you try to put your face in the water and hold your breath? Tell me the truth — not the filtered version. Think about: - What you feel (fear, panic, overwhelm) - What you think (“I’ll drown,” “I can’t breathe,” “I’ll lose control”) - What your body does (nose burns, chest tightens, tense neck, water in nose) - Any emotional or spiritual reactions (“something bad will happen,” “I’m not safe,” etc.) - Any strategies you have used to master this step - How many [estimated] practice repetitions this took to master - Any additional information you think may help!  Big or small. Logical or not. Doesn’t matter. If it happens, I want to know it. Your answers will help me create a tool that solves these problems for you and every new adult swimmer who comes after you. Post your experience below! BIG Love.– Coach Jeff P.S. I will be sending another email on your front floating experience later this week. I would love your continued support then as well!

Hi Jeff! Before I started following your program sticking my whole head in the water was a terrifying feeling. I followed your beginning series and the relaxation techniques were very helpful. Honestly it took me about 500 reps before I am now quite comfortable as long as I have breath left. Once I start running out of air then I panic. My strongest feeling is that I will inhale a ton of water and drown! Even in shallow water. So I have not been able to get past the stage of doing a forward stroke as long as I have air. After that I just want to STAND up and take a breath. I have tried to take a breath with my head up and out of water but I can never do it because soon as I stick my head up I start sinking… But I have made a lot of progress in just 6 months. So I will keep persevering and will continue to follow your program.

Hope you enjoyed your well deserved time away! Yes please- front glide and breathing. I keep getting submerged when I try to raise my head to breathe. As a result I panic and then either stand up or get frustrated. I have tried side breathing and am able to do that with my hands on step but afraid to let go of the step.
Poll: New Swimmer Welcome Kit!
Caribe Nation, We are considering building a 'New Swimmer Welcome Kit' that includes the goggles, caps, shammies, shampoos, body wash, ear drops, etc, that we recommend. Is this something that would help / something you would have / would consider purchasing through Caribe Swim as a trusted brand? P.S. Add comments on products I did not list that you would want to include!
