So I heard the best 4 minute talk that has really changed my perspective on everything! Everyday there are 1,000,000 people who don't wake up! So having gratitude and feeling blessed for waking up and lots of other simple things like my garden, good food, the sun shining. I've made great progress with my bedtime. And even though I generally sleep really well, the one night I read my phone instead of a book in bed, I really didn't have a great sleep! So learnt my lesson. I now aim for 10:20pm bedtime which was 11:30/12:00pm. I've also been eating more mindfully and sitting down every time I eat and I don't snack while preparing food. I haven't quite got into the breathing, I've tried this kind of breath before and I didn't enjoy it. This one is way better as it's shorter so I've just decided to give it a good go during this coaching program and if I continue after this then that's good. But I do really do a lot of good things already so I will keep it open and stay curious. I haven't actually watched the video, but I am wondering what the benefits are of this breath work technique and what all the dizziness is about because I'm not a huge fan of that feeling.
