Bio: I am returning to this group to try to give up sugar for good. I have been in this group before and I really appreciate the support.

Bio: Wife, mom, esthetician, Inside Sales Rep, Sugar Addiction Coach, community manager/writer for NSN. 2026 is my 4th year sugar and flour free.

Bio: I've been a high school teacher for seven years. My specialty is Culinary Arts: baking & cooking & food safety. I have a lot of crafty hobbies.

Bio: I am a retired educator with 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren. I taught 1st grade through college, from 1968 till 10 years ago !

Bio: I live in the Atlanta suburbs with my hubby & our cat. From N.White Plains, NY originally. Love doing art, writing, daily walks & Nature .

Bio: I'm 69, have 36 yrs clean/sober, 15 years smoke free, but can't seem to stay consistent w/workouts or eating healthy. I want to be consistent by 70.
