Drowning in Nerves Before Big Races? The "Magic Trick" 🎩 to Be Confident
[Register for the Body Language live training here, comment 🚀 if you also want the recording] That sick feeling in your stomach before a big race? The trembling hands? The doubt creeping in? We get it. Competitive swimming is brutal. You train for hours, push your body to the limit, and then... your mind betrays you. But what if there was a "magic trick" to instantly boost your confidence? Something so simple, everyone can do it? Imagine this: - Walking tall onto the deck, head high, a smile on your face. Suddenly, you feel a surge of power. Competitors notice. They feel it too. - Standing strong in the call room, shoulders back, owning your space. The nerves melt away. You're in control. - Behind the blocks, meeting the crowd's gaze with a fire in your eyes. Breathing deep, chest out, ready to unleash. Doubt? Gone. This isn't magic, but if you've never done it... It feels like it. It's about changing your confidence with body language in 3 seconds. That's all it takes. It's the secret weapon you didn't know you had. Without this training? - Nerves could sabotage your performance. - You might give your competitors a psychological edge. - You could miss out on this simple, powerful tool. Join me and: - Learn the "magic trick" of confident body language, even when you're freaking out. - Use your posture, gaze, every move to command focus. - Walk onto that deck feeling like an Olympian. This is even easier than Conscious Breathing. 👉 Register for the Body Language live training here

Visualization Tricks For Competitive Swimmers [TODAY at 8:30pm CET]
Ever looked - or studied 🧐 (I know who you are!) - the start list a couple days before your big race and your mind decided to catapult you into a full HD movie of everything that could possibly go wrong? The problem is that your mind is visualizing something that... 1) hasn't happened yet 2) you don't want to happen 3) and it's super vivid!! ...which is literally the definition of waste of energy. And you're losing the race before you even get to the pool. Imagine if instead of visualizing what could go wrong, you were able to visualize your ideal race with the same vividness... Life changing!!! So I wanna show you how to actually do that in today's live training. When: 8:30pm CET (7:30pm UK) Duration: 45-60mins Have your webcam ON!!! Register here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZUoceuqqz4vHdP6kO_UZSV02CwJUBVcfaMC If you can't make the training, I'll send you the recording IF you register using the link above 🚀 Any questions let me know in the comments. Otherwise see you on Zoom tonight 😉

David what splits should I be aiming for in a 25m pool for 200 fly. I want to use them when I do my visualisation training to help me. Thank you.
Great news!
Wanted to share some good news, Viktoria won solver for 50 m butterfly and 200 m medley. However, she knows that was luck as she did not beat her PBs. And her coach told her, "Viktoria you know you could swim faster". She still struggles sometimes with competition anxiety and she started to use the breathing technique. She struggles with using it in her daily life in order to become her routine and work unconsciously. As David said, something to work and get in your mind it needs to repeat many times until become routine. We, as parent support you and would do everything you manage in whatever you do, but this also depends on you, to do your part. Wish you dreams come true. 🙏

Get Your Technique Fixed In October
Instead of teaching you proper technique and giving you constant feedback... Swim coaches often hang out on their phones... Or chat to the lifeguards... 😅 And sometimes, the coach just sucks and doesn't do his or her job... But sometimes, they have 30+ children in one group and it's impossible to give the swimmers the attention that they need. Either way, you're not getting the technical feedback that you need which sucks because you'll be slow. I was skeptical to coach technique online at first because I thought I needed to be there live with the swimmer. Then I tried it with a private client of mine, he's only 12y old... And all I did was analyze his breaststroke for about 30mins... 45 days ago his PB was a 3:04. I gave him ONE technical input for his breaststroke kick and we double-checked his progress after 30 days... And this weekend - 45 days later... Drumroooolls... He swam a 2:45!! That's 19 seconds in 45 days, not bad. So I thought I'll let you guys know first that I'm offering to do the same for 5 swimmers in October. First come first serve. All details in the Classroom tab under TECHNICAL STROKE ANALYSIS. You'll have to send me good quality videos and then there will be multiple short 1-1 meetings with me on Zoom over the next 30-60 days. I'll explain everything once you're on the inside. See you at the pool, David 🏊 P.S. Don't miss tomorrow's Live Training at 8:30pm CET - I'll show you life lesson from Kobe Bryant that changed my life and I wish someone told me earlier.
