Goals for the rest of 2024: - compete in my second season of bodybuilding this year, first show on 5th October and then hopefully straight to finals and worlds again! ๐ - Get even more lean for stage than last season! - Keep pushing training in the gym through the next 6-14 weeks of prep, keep a strong mindset. - After shows focus on building my physique in an off season, glutes and back ๐
