It's so important to regulate our nervous systems. Too many people live with constant stress

@Dr. Stephanie Murauskas yes that's why what you teach is so important because not many know how to do it.
The hardest place to be isnโ€™t burned out.
It's functioningโ€ฆ while quietly running on empty. Because you donโ€™t feel bad enough to stop. But you donโ€™t feel good either. You keep going because youโ€™re capable. Because people rely on you. Because slowing down feels harder than pushing through. And over time, that โ€œIโ€™m fineโ€ becomes tension in your body. Rest that doesnโ€™t actually rest. A nervous system that never fully turns off. What most women donโ€™t need in that space is a big reset or a long process. They need something small enough to use in the moment. Something that helps the body settle without needing to explain, unpack, or analyze. Thatโ€™s why I created the๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก-๐‚๐š๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ. Itโ€™s a short, done-for-you nervous system reset you can return to on busy days, between responsibilities, or when you notice youโ€™re holding more than you realize. Just a way to bring your system back into safety before The biggest nutrition mistake I see moms make?
Waiting until they're starving to eat. Here's what I learned the hard way (after years of being "healthy" but constantly hungry): Your blood sugar doesn't care that you're busy. When you skip breakfast or go 5+ hours between meals because you're deep in mom mode, your body goes into panic mode. And that's when you're standing in the pantry eating chips straight from the bag or hitting the drive-thru because ANYTHING sounds good at that point. The fix? Eat within 30 minutes of waking up, then every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Mini meals with protein, carbs, AND fats. I know what you're thinking - "I don't have time for that." But here's the thing: it's actually LESS time than dealing with the 3pm crash, the decision fatigue when you're starving, and the guilt spiral after eating whatever you could grab fastest. Pre-packaged hard-boiled eggs + an apple + handful of nuts = 2 minutes. That's a mini meal. When I finally started eating this way (instead of trying to "be good" and restrict), I lost 20 pounds. Not from eating less - from eating smarter and more consistently. Your body isn't the enemy. Feed it regularly and it'll stop fighting you. If you're a mom who's tired of being tired and wants practical nutrition advice that actually fits real life (no perfection required), I'd love to have you in Mama Wellness Club. We keep it real over there. ๐Ÿ’› https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/about?ref=7b2757385a754e399bce71be1da14238

@Jennifer Turner little trick, set alarms on your phone if you forget to eat!

@Jennifer Turner it is better to have at least a mini meal like 100-200 calories to keep your blood sugar balanced. What can happen is that when you don't eat for 4+ hours and your body does get hungry you then end up eating more than you should in that meal which spiked your blood sugar and energy crashes because your body is trying to digest a huge amount of food at once. You want to eat before you get really hungry. So for me I eat 3 meals a day that are smaller and then 3 that are a little bigger, but I try to never eat 500+ calories at once as that is a lot for your body to handle. The other thing to consider is are you drinking your calories so for example you could drink a 350 calorie Starbucks which gives zero nutrients to your body or you could eat a balanced 350 calories meal that gives you all 3 macros your body needs to fuel you through out the day.
