There is more than one way to complete this work. Some members build in public and share each decision as they go. Others prefer to work through their decisions privately. @Siobhan Cunningham completed the pathway privately, and that work counts just as fully. She confirmed that she completed all eight workbooks and downloaded her final AI Chief of Staff Foundation Pack. Her voice review gives us a glimpse of what the pathway helped her clarify. Before starting, Siobhan was having a hard time figuring out how people would move from her free community into a paid membership. She told us the first three foundational steps helped her separate the needs and pain points connected to the free membership, and the paid membership. That allowed her to look beyond one offer or one stage and map the wider journey: In her words: “𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑚𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑎𝑝 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑚𝑦 𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑗𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑦, 𝑐𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑟 𝑗𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑦, 𝑖𝑛 𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑛 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑦 𝐼 𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑖𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡.” She also explained that the process helped her stay focused. She already knew that she wanted to bring a group of free members into a smaller group of paid members in STRONG Leadership Collective. The pathway helped her think through what would be most appealing and useful to the people she wanted to serve. 𝐒𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐨𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬. She now has a connected Foundation Pack that brings together the decisions behind her community, member journey, offers, content, delivery, and operating systems. Siobhan... you mentioned you do not want to spend time learning Notion as another system you have to work inside. That is exactly why I created the AI Chief of Staff for ChatGPT users. I turned the AI Chief of Staff into a ChatGPT Skill. If you choose to use it, you can bring your completed Foundation Pack into the AI Chief of Staff and continue working through ChatGPT, and use Notion only as storage behind the scenes.
