🎁 Free Blueprint Update + Next 5-day Challenge Announced
Hey ADHD Harmony fam! What a ride these last weeks have been. If you were on yesterday's live Q&A, you know. We watched back the recap video together and honestly, I got emotional again. Hearing your stories, your breakthroughs, the moments where something finally clicked. That is why I do this. 🎁 So here's the big update: The blueprint is unlocked!! Now let me be fully transparent about what changed and why. Originally I set the blueprint to unlock after 50 days of being active. The idea behind that was simple: the cycle between a challenge, a six-week program, and the next challenge is roughly 50 days. So my thinking was that if someone joins during the marketing phase before a challenge, they wouldn't get the blueprint too early, because you really need to do the challenge first for the blueprint to make sense. It's the next step, not the first step. But then I realized there was a lot of confusion. What does "active" even mean? Am I going to check everyone individually? It wasn't concrete, it wasn't transparent, and that bothered me. So I decided to flip it around. Instead of making you wait 50 days, I'm giving access to everyone who completed the five-day challenge. Right now, it's in the classroom "6 Week Transformation Blueprint". But here's my ask in return: I'm giving this away for free. And honestly, it's quite a lot. What I ask from you is simple: use it and engage in the community. Do your check-ins. Share your reflections. Post your wins and your struggles. Be real. Be vulnerable. Help others by showing up. Because here's the truth. If people stop posting and leave after the challenge, this community dies. And I don't want that. Not for me, not for you, not for the people who haven't found us yet. Now the practical stuff: If you completed the challenge, you should have received an invite in your email by now. So if you submitted your AI questions and received your report during the challenge, you're in. The invite was sent to the email address you used when doing the AI questions (see the screenshot attached, click "JOIN NOW" to receive access). If your Skool account uses a different email, please send me a DM and I'll get your Skool account access sorted. This was my only accurate way to track who actually completed the challenge.

@Jim Ebbelaar hi there, I finished the challenge, got my report, attended day 6. I am not sure what I need to do now. Have I missed a step to unlock the blue print. The email I am using is the same one for Skool. Let me know if I have missed something

📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed:i have absolutely none, it never follows to plan, time is like water in a sieve. everyone is in bed too late 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: i spend 120 mins serving everyone else and then too depleted to do my own self cre 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: it seems huge, a huge step 💭 And it made me feel: tired, and a little sad that simple steps could have made my life easier 🤯 What surprised me: how little kindness i show to myself

After years of people telling me I should see about an ADHD diagnosis, I’ve taken the plunge and received a ‘positive’ diagnosis. The NHS in the UK refer out to private companies, as the GP’s don’t have the resources. I’ve received quite a detailed report showing options for my next steps. It gives options of medication, therapies, or both. I’m not sure I’m comfy with medication. I don’t want to lose ‘me’. I like ‘me’. I do annoy others though, but that’s something they have to deal with 😂 Any advice?

Simon, I am not an expert but I will ask you to think about these few things. 1. Become your own ADHD expert on you 2. ADHD is like your eye colour, its not something to fix, its something to accept, and own and become a self expert on. Because your adhd is as unique to you as your eye colour. 3. Write down all the traits and positives and good things about yourself, the gifts, the things others praise you about and that you love about yourself. 4. Then write down all the issues, the problems, the things you say annoy others. Recall all the feedback you have received with curiosity not judgement. 5. With the issues list, look at all the of the issues and pick one that if you controlled/fixed or resolved it would make the biggest impact 6. Now I want you to turn the issue into a sentence, and I will give you an example "I annoy others because...........I interrupt all the time" then write this "I interrupt people all the time because............ I will forget my thoughts "I forget my thoughts because I am usually tired, stressed hungry etc." "I am tired because I forget to go to bed on time I forget to go to bed on time because I don't have a reminder" Now you have a change to make - "I can set a reminder on my phone, my alexa and my watch at 15 min intervals, to remind me gently with music, to stand, stretch, breath, prep for bed, get my book and a warm drink, wash and clean, and go to bed etc" Medication is one solution and is there for you You can also do the above, before and during exploring medication. Its never either or. Plus please don't take anything in your body to just make others feel comfortable. This message to you, is to put you first. Slow down a little, to learn to love yourself a lot and work on these traits you want to adapt and you literally grow into the version of you that is already inside, but hidden under layers of unknowing. Hope that helps. Its just an opinion and not backed by anything other my own expertise.
DAY 3
Day 3 ✅ Done! ⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "that I need to have pain, or not enjoy something in order to have a career and be happy" I also believed I needed to do everything last minute, have to feel I would lose something precious in order to motivate myself to finish anything. 📍 Where it came from: parents - no pain no gain - work hard to burning out in order to be successful ✨ My new code: " I can enjoy what I love and still be successful" 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who can learn and love to learn, and still be successful for my family 💪 Debugging in progress...

@Deb Brouwer thank you so much for your kind words I appreciate that. I am done writing what I think people want to know, this challenge has really got me writing what I truly know deep down and never shared and it feels like exhaling

i love the recorded feature of the questions. I just am so grateful for the insights so far. I am totally overloaded with info but I have learned in the last couple of years to have compassion for my beautiful mind that it always selects what I need to know right now, and it will select the rest when I need it. Going back over things used to feel awful for me, like i was a failure, now it's just a curious thing I do, to see what else new i can learn
