I need to love myself by sticking to my commitment to exercise. My 12 year old convicted me yesterday by saying "Mom, please work out with me, I want you to live long and healthy." I keep doing it up and down :(

@Alyssa Furukawa it is a battle most humans fight! Practice makes perfect. Start being intentional about speaking kind things to yourself. Like really pay attention to what you say and rework it in the positive voice if needed. The more you do it, the more of a habit it becomes. Working on that over here also, not in body but when I dont accomplish my goals, I get pretty hard on myself and I'm resetting.

@Alyssa Furukawa yes! Fear loses it's power when we stop giving our energy to it. I've proven that over and over again in my life.
