General understanding issues
Hello automation enthusiasts. I have a general understanding issue. I see the big advantage to use automations for my potential clients, but I struggle to understand how it in the end will work. If I'm gonna setup an automation for a customer, will it be through my accout on make.com or do I need to create one account per customer? The next thing is, if connect e.g. his email account or other sources I will need his credentials and in general will handle a lot of his confidential data (e.g. from his customers). Will he be willing to trust anyone that much? I hope amyone of you can share his experience. Thanks a lot

I’ve found benefit of using the ‘Teams’ feature in Make works for my customers and my organisation. Easy to give customers access to just their Team and I can copy scenarios from one to the other. Yes there is a fee to pay but means we can manage operational costs from one central place. Customers don’t need to worry about paying Make directly and we make money too 🤗
