Council Tax - I need your help! 😁
I am in the process of finishing a new learning module for Council Tax. Can I ask you to have a look over this and if you know of any other possible solutions, please let me know: Possible solutions I can think of so far: 1. Quantum Syntax Grammar - challenge the words on their paperwork 2. Use the Notices in the Course (Discover, unable to respond etc) - Lifting the Vale 3. Move house and do not register 4. Affidavit (I have tried, and this did not work for me) 5. Office of Executor (Gazza has tried and this didn't work for me) 6. Living Executor - Realm of England teaches this 7. Go to the Council and get your home re-registered as non-commercial - this takes a few visits, I hear. Freedomwithequity.com process. 8. Use God's Law - they have no claim (Capillary Wave and Clive Edwards) 9. Pay it and reclaim your securities (Republic of Old Souls and Reclaim Your Securities) 10. Put Money into a separate Bank Account once they prove they are not spending money of illegal Wars. 11. Get them to prove the contract/obligation and fight it 12. Challenge the Court's jurisdiction 13. Serve strong paperwork challenging the illegal Conversion of Man into Fiction and your home into a commercial residence. 14. Challenge the fact that in the Council Tax Handbook, it states that they take on all of the liabilities of the people if they become a corporation, which they all are. 15. Challenge the legality of the Liability Order as they were cancelled in 2003 16. Challenge the mass bulk processing of non-payers 17. Challenge the Magistrates/Claimants Solicitors Oath (as they are often a council worker) 18. Challenge that the Court did not issue any liability order and the Council did. 19. Challenge that the court staff are all Council workers. 20. Settle with a Set off Bond (Alex Middleditch) 21. Do an acceptance and return it (Brandon Joe Williams) 22. Equity - ask so many questions they give up. Freedomwithequity.com 23. Throw everything they send in the bin 👀

@Gazza P I have a friend who hasn't paid for 3 years. She actually had her day in court and convinced the magistrate of her objects to paying. However, the court clerk overturned the magistrate's decision. She has dealt with DCA, they gave up, passes it back to council, who then passed it on to another DCA, so the merry-go-round continues. I've suggested she invokes equitable estoppel, although I'm not sure about this but there must be some device that can be used once the council and DCA have lost the arguement.

@Suv'eran Kris I have tried to use the small claims court after my local town council destroyed my allotment causing £7,000 of criminal damage to my fruit trees and bushes. I couldn't get past the administration, who tampered with my evidence, lied and sent deliberate misleading unsigned letters. Got nowhere - they protect the councils. Even if I had had my day in court the judge would have been hostile. When it comes to taking on the state through the small claims court there will be a complete failiure in their duty of care.
New to NOT A PERSON
Daniel Garcia Equity! Take a look at how you can "DISCHARGE" your mortgage Information The primary thing above that is to understand who the surety is, who is responsible, you or them. Could this be the Answer to Mortgages? https://www.skool.com/not-a-person-3150/classroom/2ac0c068?md=31754c53ff584fe486635b6db35c2aa6

Equity
Could this be the way to settle and discharge debts and to move past any 'Offers' and Presentments made, and to settle or recind any contracts we don't want? Equity has come into my orbit recently, and the more I look into it, the more I think yes, as Equity sits high in jurisdiction and is used every day in the system, and I am hearing of many successes. 💃 Does anyone have any deep knowledge of Equity in this Group as I am collecting and analysing data to create a learning for me and you all? 🕵️‍♂️ Please pop me a message. 👍 Together we thrive! 🙂

I have Gary Watt's ninth edition of Trusts and Equity, running to over 600 pages. It is a book for the serious student of trusts and equity and examines many individual cases where equity has been invoked in the courts. Obviously the higher courts only deal with equity. In the book there is much info on the different types of trust that can be established. The openning chapters deal with the basic principles of equity and put these into an historial context - The Lord of Oxford's case of 1616 being the most important when the supremecy of equity in the Chancery Courts was established over legality and common law. Certainly it will be of little use in rebutting claims from debt agents as they deal exclusively in legal matters and probably won't even understand what is being referred to. Marc Horn of the Peacekeepers has invoked equity in his dispute with his Council over no contract for the Council Tax but no judge so far has been willing to apply their mind to the nub of his argument in the hope that he will run out of steam before it reached the House of Lords. Court judgements made when equity is invoked rest with the mind(s) of judge(s) where often fine distinctions of facts will tip the balance one way or the other. I am currently engaged with the local council ombudsman over a dispute with a local council and have invoked equity. I am awaiting their response and shall see just how independant they claim to be.
Authrorised Representative
Good day, I have been looking at the template re the Sole Beneficiary Absolutely Entitled template in which it sates clearly that as a living man I cannot be an Authorised Representative of the legal name. I'm asking because in my journey I filed a UCC-1 Financial Statement and was declared Secured Party Creditor of the Trust in the legal fiction name. However the "security agreement" also declares the following about my status as a living man - " Authorised Representative" on behalf of the Principle Equitable Named Estate Trust Title Holder, for the public trust in my legal NAME. So I am now concerned that I should not be the Authorised Representative as this is the same as being the Agent putting me in the wrong jurisdiction. This also opens up a question re Secured Party Creditor. Is this the same as being the Beneficiary?

This may help. Represent means re-present or repackage. We represent or repackage the living man as the dead legal fiction. (This is why if we are on the electoral role we are represented in parliament and viewed as dead.) So the living can not be any type of representative. UCC, I believe, recognises the living and the dead and therefore needs to be negotiated with caution. There are times and places to be living and times and places to have our estate represented by the State as the dead can not speak to the living. I imagine you should be able to correct your UCC-1 Financial Statement so that you are not referred to as a representative.
