Today was NOT what I expected...
here's an honest look at a mompreneur's day... I had a lot to do today... I had to: ✔️ create mastermind docs for a new mastermind client ✔️ send some follow up emails ✔️work on my make sales IO app to finally release it ✔️ work on a website build ✔️set up the cold emails automation ✔️ re-start my lead gen ads I ended up getting most of the email automation set up (I genuinely have 10 minutes work of work on it tomorrow before it finishes), I set up the mastermind docs for the client, and that's it! I did attend 2 different calls today which took 2 1/2 hours of my time. I did spend about an hour on the phone talking to my husband while he was at work. and I did spend a lot of time playing with my kids, cooking, and cleaning. but for work? I am seriously behind. and to make matters worse, when my husband was on the way home, I was EXHAUSTED. So, he grabbed pizza and as soon as we finished dinner, I took a nap... that lasted HOURS.. and I literally woke up at 10pm... and my husband apparently put the baby to sleep and then fell asleep with me so my older kids were still running around and playing at 10pm est. We woke up, cleaned up the kitchen and did a tidy up and got the rest of the kids to bed. Now, it's 11pm and i'm finishing up my checklists and schedule for tomorrow so I can go head on into tomorrow and not only catch up everything from today but also finish tomorrow's tasks (and I marked yesterday as mostly a personal chore and business catch up day so it actually works out perfectly). Some days are a long checklist with lots of check marks at the end of the day, other days are spending half the day on the phone, getting a few things done, and spending the rest of the day napping. Both have their time and place. Here's to being hyper productive tomorrow 🍻

😱 7 leads in 4 hours... passively?
I just finished up a coaching call with a client 4 hours ago. During that call, we put together a quick ad for $20 a day on Meta, hooked it up to lead gen forms, and connected the lead gen form with an optimized workflow inside of her GHL account. During those 4 hours, I made dinner for the fam, ate dinner, changed 2 diapers, and got my kiddos to bed only to check in and see that this client got 7 LEADS during that time by doing nothing except spending some money. Oh, and the money that she spent? Averaging less than $0.83 per lead 😱 Now THAT is what we're talking about!

💖 $30k in 100 Days - Day 19
I am currently on Day 19 and here's the top takeaways I have for you all so far: 1. Sell a high ticket product but have multiple offers so that every person you talk to has the opportunity to say yes at their price range. The higher the price, the more of your time it takes. That's the name of the game. Develop a standard hourly rate that you will not go under and anything that is priced under that goes into a group membership or DIY product that protects your time, not something that takes up anymore of your time. 2. Templatize what you do. This helps you to work way more efficiently so that you can delivery faster, more reliably, and easier. Spend the time taking longer for the first few people you deliver on in order to create systems and templatize what you're doing. It will pay off over time when you can build a system that allows you to do it faster, easier, and more reliably. 3. Have automated systems. When things are automated, less people fall through the cracks. Do you have tons of leads that you never followed up with? Get them into an automation and never let them fall through the cracks again. 4. Testimonials are Queen. The more and better testimonials, the better it is for you. Treat EVERY client (no matter what they're paying you) like they're paying you a million bucks. Do the best job you can and get them amazing results. They'll tell their friends and you can get their testimonial to share in your content. Reputation is Queen. 5. Stay focused. We are ALL victims of the shiny object syndrome. Actually running a profitable and growing business is boring. You're always either making content for marketing, having conversations, or doing the work. That's pretty much all their is to running a business besides the random administrative tasks you have to do here and there. So, just do those things. That is more than enough to keep you busy constantly if you're doing it correctly. 👇 Which tip would be the most helpful for you to implement right now?

🔥 I lost the fire (and I don't care)
Skool has a really cool function where you can get emojis next to your name inside of the platform for hitting certain milestones and achievements. The fire emoji is for 30 days of doing 10+ activities inside of skool consistently. This means, when you miss a day, you lose the fire. It USED to feel like a symbol of pride. I have the fire emoji! It was cool and fun! but at the end of the day, what's mor important? delivering on clients and being with my family, or a fire emoji next to my name? Don't get me wrong, if you're new to skool, I think you SHOULD try to get the fire emoji. It forces to spend a lot of time on the platform and get comfortable with the platform. When you're building a community, it helps force you to be active enough to create an engaged and active community. For me? I am actually actively delivering on client work and scaling my business while managing a lot of personal appointments and activities with my family. Life is chaotic and the fire emoji is the last thing on my mind. So, i'm curious, do you have the fire emoji? 👇 Let us know in the comments why you're either keeping it up or why you aren't.
