Need some help.
So I am working on SOM Smells Like Teen Spirit. and I am struggling with accuracy on the strumming. When I up strum I always catch the G, B, and E strings which really throws off the power chord sound. Curious what you guys are doing to help with this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't follow the technique of regular strumming which usually involves strumming all the strings. Instead, hold your pick firmly, and try to focus the power of the strum on the top most E-string, more like hitting it with the pick, it will sound nice\m/

Let's pretend... For some ungodly reason you're only allowed to listen to 1 song for the rest of your life. What would it be? I'm going the classic answer is "Bohemian Rhapsody" Because it's long and has so many sections, solos, vocals are all great. How about you?

@Jake Yakes i do both, using pointer and middle when the starting chord of any progression i'm playing is Em( eg- Em,D,F) But when Em is the 2nd or the 3rd chord of a progression i'm playing, (eg; Am,Em,F,G) i tend to use ring and middle fingers 😄
