Bio: I'm from Dunfermline, Fife. 12x has been a life changing group, now I need to focus more on the mindset side of things.

Bio: Single neurospicy mum to 2 nuerospicy kids, been on my 12x journey since October 2023 and I’m delighted with the difference it’s made in my life 🫶🏻

Bio: I’m Neil, 40yrs old and I’m a keen handcyclist. I run a charity that gets people with physical disabilities using off-road handcycles out into nature.

Bio: Been in 12x programme since July 2024. I’m 67 years old with some mobility difficulties but this programme has got me much more motivated and mobile.
