💬 Let’s Talk About Putting YOU First
Hey beautiful ladies 💕 Quick question — when was the last time you checked in with yourself before checking on everyone else? Most of us wake up already in “go mode” — packing lunches, answering emails, fixing problems, managing everyone’s needs but our own. And before we know it, we’ve gone the entire day without ever asking… 💭 “What do I need right now?” I used to think responding to my needs first was selfish. Until I realized that when I am tired, overwhelmed, or empty — my family feels it too. But when I’m grounded, rested, and aligned — my home feels lighter, calmer, safer. So today, I want to open up this conversation 👇 ✨ What’s one need you’ve been ignoring lately? ✨ What’s one small way you could honor it today — even if it’s just for 10 minutes? Let’s normalize women saying: “I matter too.” Drop your answer below, or just share a ❤️ if this message hit home today. Let’s lift each other up in the comments — because when one woman honors her needs, she gives others permission to do the same. 🌸

Yes, I realized that I must take care of me to be able to take care of others, I prepare beautiful food and decorate. I also make sure I look good and prepare games and fun activities, esp. for my grandkids.

Hello! We’re so glad you’re here. This is a safe, uplifting space to ditch the overwhelm and find your calm again. Let’s get to know you! 💗 1. First name & where you live: 2. Little crew: (How many kiddos + ages?) 3. Your overwhelm hotspot right now: (mornings, work/life balance, bedtime, clutter, saying “no,” etc.) 4. One thing that is working: (a tiny routine, boundary, or mindset shift) 5. Your 3 words for how you want to feel next month: (e.g., calm, energized, present) 6. Support you’d love from this community: (accountability, recipes, time hacks, gentle reminders)
