Sleep Log Slept at: 3:00 AM Woke up: 10:00 AM Total Sleep: 7 hours Morning Started the day with shower and breakfast. Spent some time reviewing the Skool platform and going through lessons and notes to understand the roadmap clearly. Afternoon Worked on my client website and focused on completing pending tasks. Tried to stay focused and avoid distractions. Learning Watched the lesson “Don’t Make This Mistake in Learning”. Realized that I need to focus more on action and practice, not just watching content. Wrote notes to remind myself to apply what I learn. Evening / Night Continued my remote job and stayed consistent with work responsibilities. Reflection Today was a reminder that discipline and action are more important than motivation. Even small progress matters when done consistently. Plan for Tomorrow Focus on applying what I learn. Take small but real actions instead of only consuming content. Stay consistent.
