Hey Team, Some of you may or may not know that we have always had a website… funny that. Anyway, over the past three months or so we have been working to create a website that has more functionality and belongs in 2026. Here it is: www.koasports.com.au Have a look through. Thanks for all those who came on and contributed. As always some solid stuff in there and plenty of takeaways. - Sunshine Coast 70.3 social schedule. - Oz tours us through his man cave. - Noah is a grumpy old man at 24. Big few weeks of racing coming up so all the best to all going around.

I do have a couple of Q’s following on from last weeks nutrition chat - while we are using cheaper carb substitutes during training, at what point do we start trialing the on course stuff?? Or stick to the stuff we know 😅 if it ain’t broke dong fix it type of thing. And next one is bike fits, I have been fitted a couple times and still get left foot numbness in the toes. Dropped saddle and placed inserts in shoes. Any suggestions or anyone experienced anything similar? Sorry Greg, boring stuff from me 🤣 I will try my best to jump on chat after work.
