Store Status
Hello everyone, I know I've seen lots of comments but when I am working, I cannot send responses back. I work in the film industry is my primary job and I work up to 15 hours a day not including driving to and from home. Last Monday, I found out from Wix that there is an IT issue at their end that they have to have their IT people work on the issue. It has been a week and I have not heard back from anyone at Wix. I joined this Zendrop/Wix/Morrison group back at the beginning of May. It is now what May 6, so in all this time I have not been able to get my store to actually function. Wix has my money to which they will l not return, a store that is none functional and classes at Zendrop that are not indept as they should be for anyone new to ecommerce and dropshipping. I have been on hold in the "Live Chat Box" with Wix for 20 minutes waiting. I am sure I will get the usual runaround as that is what I have come to expect for this fiasco. I have not reponded to any responses because there is nothing to report

@Sandra Baier Sorry you're having to deal with all of that, Sandra. It must be especially frustrating after putting in so much time while working such long hours. I really hope Wix gets the issue resolved for you soon so you can finally move forward with your store. Wishing you the best

@Trisha Watkins Hi Trisha, if you've already upgraded to VIP, it might just be a system sync issue. I'd recommend reaching out to support or one of the admins so they can check your account access for you. Have you already submitted a support ticket, or is this the first time you're noticing the issue?
Introduction to Store Setup
I have a question regarding editing in this particular module. Were shown to make the description shorter. When he does that he eliminated part of the description that says the type of material the outfit is made of plus the wash instructions. Should that not be kept in the product description so the client will know what kind of material it is.?.

@Sandra Baier I’d personally keep important details like the material and wash instructions in the description Shortening the description is great for readability, but customers still want to know what the product is made of and how to care for it before buying. Are you currently setting up a clothing store or testing different product types?
