I signed up in May 7, give or take a day or two. In this time. I have had nothing but issues either on the Zendrop side or the Wix's. Two months in and my Store is dead in the water still because of one issue after another. For over a week I have been waiting for Wix's to get their shit together and fix the IT issue. I'm getting nothing but just words coming out of the computer because no one actually calls you or talk talks to you at Wix. I can't get my money back because a quote the 10 day trial period has long gone and I would say yes it's long gone because I never got a chance to use it and still haven't at this point in time this is me venting, cause I am fed up with it all time is money and I've lost so much money.
Store Status
Hello everyone, I know I've seen lots of comments but when I am working, I cannot send responses back. I work in the film industry is my primary job and I work up to 15 hours a day not including driving to and from home. Last Monday, I found out from Wix that there is an IT issue at their end that they have to have their IT people work on the issue. It has been a week and I have not heard back from anyone at Wix. I joined this Zendrop/Wix/Morrison group back at the beginning of May. It is now what May 6, so in all this time I have not been able to get my store to actually function. Wix has my money to which they will l not return, a store that is none functional and classes at Zendrop that are not indept as they should be for anyone new to ecommerce and dropshipping. I have been on hold in the "Live Chat Box" with Wix for 20 minutes waiting. I am sure I will get the usual runaround as that is what I have come to expect for this fiasco. I have not reponded to any responses because there is nothing to report
Cancellation
Is it me or is something going on that all these classes constantly are being cancelled last minute. I happen to take the day off work again to work on my store only to find out that again. I have another issue with Wix this time and they’re only finding out about it now two months into me having the store and now I can’t even watch this. I’m really tired of this website combination with you guys.

@Francis Janet i’ve been looking for emails from Wix and I have not seen any. I’m at my regular job until Friday so I just have to keep looking but so far no luck so my again my Store is just sitting there doing nothing until they can fix the problem their end.

All the descriptions for every product did not transfer over from Wix. I’ve sent a message to Support because that’s over 140 products that need descriptions. If I read the answer correctly, they’re fixing it at their end.

Return Policies
I would like to know what people are doing regarding return. I am offering complimentary free shipping on all items however, if the customer is not satisfied they can return any unsed items within 30 days. I just am unclear where they send it as it will not be my home address. I looked and do not see any class addressing this issue.

@Khubaib Support Team wow there are a lot of restrictions. Not sure if it is brought up in your corse as I have not come across it yet. That said if you do not then it needs to be addressed to people taking the course. We are building our store and within each store format is a place for us to fill in Customer Service, Shipping and Returns etc at the very bottom of the page. .
