I’m not seeing my reviews post on fb/IG anymore. It says they are connected. Am I doing something wrong? @Clay Lawrence

I just had an unexpected 1 star review posted to my GMB profile from a request that Review Harvest sent out. I was under the impression that this platform would give us the opportunity to reach out to dissatisfied customers before those types of reviews were posted on GMB. Is that not the case?

!What does this mean @Clay Lawrence . I posted this update and also updated my business description. Did I do something wrong? Google gives me anxiety 🤪 a PSM member said that maybe it’s because there is a car and house in the background . I can’t even get into my profile to delete the picture

Good morning Clay, I was playing around with the review postings and my son said that the post are coming through, but I have no reviews on them. Just curious what I’m doing wrong.

Is it ok to put a 27 second video on my google business profile, offering a free initial clean? I thought I read somewhere that Google doesn’t like “ free” . Could someone confirm this ? Thank you
