Cottage Cheese!
So cottage cheese has made a huge come back & for good reason! It is a low-cal very nutritious meal. @Shelly had asked about Breakstone Cottage Cheese. It’s a good brand BUT I prefer Friendship 1%. It has less calories and a little more protein! Thanks for asking Shelly! Great start adding cottage cheese to your routine!

I grabbed this kind at the grocery store and I’ve been having a serving every morning. I scoop it in a saucer and run around with it. It’s keeping me fuller longer and helping me meet my protein needs.

Wow! This sounds great!! I’d love to learn how to prepare more balanced meals and Italian food is my favorite!! Im so glad I’ll have the opportunity to take your Pilates fusion class every week online. It absolutely shreds my body but I can’t always get there in person. It’s great to have options. This is the end product from your imported Sicilian tomato seeds. Yumm. I cant wait to really train and learn with you this season and maybe, just maybe you can talk me into going to Italy. :) LETS go gang!!!
